PLC: Proficiency Scales

At our PLC today, we finished creating the proficiency scales to determine progress for our State Mandated Growth Goal.  (Began 11/7)  We discussed targets for our students, based on their beginning scores, for Spelling, Vocabulary and Math.  We already have measures for Reading (SRI) and Writing (District Prompt).
