The first post...what am I going to focus on for my SMART goal this year? I'm thinking SRI again. I felt good about my goal and my student's progress with reading last year. I liked using the RA strategies and a variety of new comprehension tools with my students. I think they were very successful and proud of their gains. The enjoyed graphing their progress and meeting their goals. I was very proud of them!
After meeting with Lisa today, I think I may focus on reading again. We discussed our student's initial SRI scores and past group experiences. I have seven students who scored below the fourth grade benchmark (600-800) on their 9/12/13 test.
Student 1 (JB) 246, Student 2 (HB) 542, Student 3 (AF) 486, Student 4 (AG) 198, Student 5 (SP) 594, Student 6 (BS) 413, and Student 7 (NW) 500.
